 Get a good night’s rest.

To become happier, try to be more positive. If it is raining, instead of saying, "Ugh. I am going to get wet", think, "Oh, this will water the withering flowers, which will now bloom." You see, a simple thought or action can make the difference in your mood for the day.

  • Don't focus on the negative, even if this sounds hard.
  • Do something to make you feel better every single day. Even if it is something as simple as writing in a journal or painting your toenails. It can work miracles.
